After listening to our customers and prospective clients through our customer satisfaction surveys, we identified a requirement for an informal means of passing on information, not only about our company but also about relevant new technologies and changes to legislation that may affect you. Many of our B&V clients are not aware of the services offered by our sister company Pentasol (FB) and visa versa. We hope that Solution ( a bumper eight pages this time), will fulfil these needs and make it clear how our customers can benefit from both companies. Look out for special iniatives in future issues.
