The administration of B & V Water Treatment, B & V Effluent and subsiduary Pentasol are carried out at our premises in Daventry, Northamptonshire, England.           

 

Our up-to-date computer software system  represents part of our commitment to  constantly improving our service to clients with professional software aimed at boosting customer relations and service so that our clients reap the benifits.  

 

The Customer Relations and Service Management System (CRM)  which is at the heart of the administration enables easy and speedy access to customer information, records and correspondence which is vital when it comes to responding to urgent customer needs. Administrative Director Jennifer Topp says: “Our service to our customers is always at the forefront of our minds and we are always considering ways in which we can ensure better management of accounts and contracts. Our aim is to complete work for customers on time and to a very high standard and the CRM will help us connect fully with our clients”

 

The software was  developed by IBM premier business partner Polymorph Ltd. Steve Harris, of  Polymorph, says: “B&V have implemented this Customer Relations and Service Management software system. It includes all the usual features of a CRM package but has also been developed to contain specific water treatment features, including L8 compliance management, water treatment visits and  reporting and management of consultants’ schedules.

 

Customer service is top of the list for B&V and, with the introduction of this system at its headquarters in Daventry making B & V leaps and bounds ahead of its competitors when it comes to servicing
