Brominators |
|
This range of brominators is a safe and reliable method of dispensing bromine based tablets into water. These tablets are sometimes referred to as bromine release tablets, organo - halogen tablets or hydantoin tablets. The water flows through the brominator either under the system water pressure or via a booster pump with the rate of dissolving being controlled by adjustment of the flow rate. The hypobromous acid formed by dissolving the tablets can be used for micro-biological control in cooling towers and process waters. Typically the bromine level required would be 1 to 3 ppm. |
