B & V Water Treatment has been preventing hard water scale, corrosion, legionnaires disease and microbiological fouling of boilers, cooling towers and closed systems in industrial and commercial premises, both in the U.K. and overseas for 30 years. Established in 1977 by Richard Barrett and Paul Vincent, the company has grown to be one of the largest independent water treatment companies and industrial manufacturers of water treatment chemicals in the U.K. Our water treatment chemicals and associated technical service will  ensure the efficient operation of all types of water systems.  A range of water treatment plant such as water softeners, deionisers, reverse osmosis, filters, water testing kits and chemical dosing equipment complement the use of our chemicals.

The B & V Water Treatment range of chemicals for inhibiting hard water scale, corrosion and fouling in heating and cooling systems are also available for water treatment professionals as own label with their own brand name and logo on the packaging. The facilities that we offer allow the water treatment professional more time to concentrate on water treatment sales and service without the added involvement in manufacturing.

How we maintain equipment efficiency

 

The main objective of any water treatment programme for boilers, cooling systems or hot and cold water systems is to maintain the efficiency of the system and prevent fouling. Initially we carry out a full survey of the system and produce a report on the methods recommended to ensure good water treatment conditions. This might involve the use of chemicals or water treament equipment.


The on going treatment of the water system will involve regular service visits by our chemist or technician who will analyse the water quality of the system to maintain optimum conditions. Our team of highly qualified chemists and microbiologists will ensure that our water treatment chemicals are used in the most cost effective and technically correct method.

Our nationwide delivery of chemicals  can be made by B & V transport, parcel carrier for smaller deliveries or via a dedicated chemical carrier for overseas and longer distances and where palletised deliveries are acceptable. There is no minimum quantity for B & V formulations and mixed types  of products can be delivered. Packaging options are available from 5 litres up to 1000 litre semi bulk, pressurised delivery and commercial bulk tankers of 30000 litres
