The B & V Water Treatment range of chemicals for preventing hard water scale, corrosion and fouling in heating and cooling systems are available for water treatment professionals who want their own brand, own label and logo on the packaging. The facilities that we offer below allow the customer more time to concentrate on water treatment sales and service without the added involvement in manufacturing.

Own Label
The B & V range of water treatment chemicals can be packaged for customers in a variety of container sizes.
Toll Blending
We can custom toll blend and develop water treatment chemical formulations to the customers requirement together with labelling and packaging. We will also formulate products to meet specific customer requirements and we offer in house filling and labelling to help our customers launch new products. |

Manufacturing Capacity
Our chemical manuacturing and blending facility can produce batches from a few litres up to tanker delivery of 30000 litres.

Quality Assurance
All manufacturing operations are covered by our ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance scheme and our products are tested in our own laboratory.

Packaging
Own label and toll blended chemicals can be despatched in a range of packaging options from 10 litres, 25 litres, 200 litres, 1000 litre semi-bulk containers or bulk tanker.
As part of our commitment to preserving the environment, B & V offers a return service for empty chemical drums. If the drums are returned in a suitable condition they are cleaned and re-used or if not suitable they are shredded and disposed of. |

Nationwide Delivery
Delivery can be made by B & V transport, parcel carrier for smaller deliveries or via a dedicated chemical carrier for longer distances or overseas where palletised deliveries are acceptable. There is no minimum quantity for B & V formulations and mixed types of products can be delivered. All drivers are licensed to carry hazardous goods.

Labels
To complete the brand image, the labels are produced with the customers own name, logo and the relevant Health & Safety and transport requirements.
Despatch Paperwork
All despatched chemicals have the required Health & Safety information, Transport Emergency Cards and conforms to current transport regulations. Delivery can be made to the customers own premises or direct to the end user if required.
Technical Support
Product Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets are available for all products and can be customised with corporate logos etc. Technical support is available to advise on the application of our chemicals.
