Legionella for Statutory Dutyholders
This seminar is aimed at employers or “Statutory Dutyholders” who require an understanding of the risks associated with legionella bacteria and the regulatory requirements as outlined in the HSE’s Approved Code of Practice, L8.
As stated in L8, “dutyholders” includes employers and those with responsibilities for the control of premises, e.g. landlords. This seminar may also be appropriate for Senior Managers who would like an overview of the company’s legal requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) to control the risk from exposure to legionella bacteria.
