The second stage is data collection and evaluation. We use this time to record data of usages, losses, inputs and outputs.

The implementation stage is the third and final one. We calculate the cost associated with each process and evaluate the benefits of implementing the bespoke proposal.

We also establish trends, to assist in continual improvement, and provide training and support to employees and managers.
