A stable active halogen solution for continual dosing of water systems. Ultralox40® has the below benefits over chlorine dioxide when continually dosed:
- No expensive generator needed, this chemical is purely dosed in proportion to make up
- Very low health and safety risk i.e. no mixing of chemicals
- Normal dose rate 0.5ppm but DWI approved up to 1.5ppm therefore there is the flexibility to adjust dose rates in response to high micro results
- Better performance against biofilm than chlorine dioxide
- Better temperature stability than chlorine dioxide.
For larger systems B & V Chemicals are also able to supply our Genox equipment for the Electolytic generation of Hypochlorous acid.
Cooling water treatment scale and corrosion inhibitors
B & V Chemicals have specifically formulated a range of inhibitors for larger cooling towers, ensuring optimal efficacy and cost effective operation.
A full range of ‘traced’ inhibitors is also available for ease of use and to enable remote monitoring and optimal adjustment of dosing.
We have a full range of boiler chemicals specifically designed for use in high pressure systems. We also have a range of products based on proprietary polyamine formulations.
Reverse osmosis scale inhibitors, cleaners and biocides
Our range of products includes anti-scalants which have been specifically formulated to combat different types of scale as well as a full range of membrane cleaning chemicals and biocides.
